To register, please download and complete the Individual form / the Group form and email it to castle.boxoffice@parkwoodtheatres.co.uk. Alternatively, contact the Box Office on 01933 270 007 and a form can be emailed or post to you. It is now also possible to complete these via Google Form - these are linked below.
Castle Theatre has 12 spaces for wheelchairs in the main auditorium, and a minimum of 2 in our studio theatre; these areas are only available to book by calling the Box Office on 01933 270 007 and advance booking is recommended.
Blue badge parking is available adjacent to Castle Theatre. Assistance dogs are welcome in all areas of the building. The Box Office welcomes calls from customers who wish to discuss any special requirements prior to their visit.
Our no-step accessible seats are: Stalls Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q21, Q22, Q23, Q24 / Balcony entire row of U. For more information on steps or other access details, please contact our Box Office.
As an accessible venue we also recognise the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower, which is a simple tool for applicable patrons to voluntarily share that you have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent – and that you may need a helping hand, understanding, or more time in shops, at work, on transport, or in public spaces. If needed please make a FOH team member aware and we will be happy to accommodate. We can also loan patrons a Sunflower lanyard for their visit to make it clear to all our staff.
