Peter Pan Christmas Workshop

A singing, dancing and acting workshop where participants will work on a scene from our 2024 pantomime, The New Adventures of Peter Pan! Led by Gary, who is playing Mrs Smee in the pantomime, and Lottie, our Dance Captain.

Attention all Fairy Tale Creatures! Join Castle Arts this February half term to perform an epic story on stage at Castle Theatre.

Whether you're an Ogre or a Princess, if you're aged 6-16 years and love to sing, dance or act you can be a part of our five day adventure in Shrek's swamp! On Monday morning you'll receive your script, and throughout the week you will enjoy sessions in singing, dancing and acting. By the end of the week you will have learned a whole show and on Friday afternoon you will be on stage performing to your family and friends! Rehearsals 10:30am - 4pm daily, with a performance at 4:30pm on Friday - learn new skills, meet new friends and experience the excitement of theatre performance with our Castle Arts team!

Fri, 10:30am - end of performance (performance starts 4:30pm)

Ages: 6-16
Performance tickets: All children taking part will be allocated 2 tickets for the end of week performance.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What should kids wear?
    We recommend that they wear comfy clothes that they can move around easily in.
     
  • Should they bring anything?
    Please provide a packed lunch, snacks and a water bottle. Feel free to bring anything else that they might need to be comfortable.
     
  • Do I need to stay on site while my child takes part in the workshop?
    Please sign your child in with a member of staff at from 10:15am and then pick them up at the end of the session (Mon-Thu 4pm & Fri after performance).
